The weigh in and some cauliflower

I'll start with some exciting news....
I ATE CAULIFLOWER! For those of you who don't know, I am not a fan of almost all vegetables. I will eat cucumbers, tomatoes and corn but that's about it. I'm not sure what my aversion to them are, but it's definitely there. So, my friend Feliz suggested boiling the cauliflower in chicken broth until it was almost mush. Then I drained it and mashed it up with a little butter. The consistency was strange, but the taste was great!!

Now for the big news. Drum roll please!
Jay is now at 204! A weight loss of 3 lbs!
I am now at 234! A weight loss of 5 lbs!
WOO HOO!!!

  1. Yay! I am so excited for you. Congrats on the 5 pounds, it only gets better from here! Still looking for veggie tricks for you, let me know how the spaghetti sauce turns out!
