Another day done. :)

It's the morning of Day Three in the Rev Muffin Challenge and I hate to jinx it by saying it, but this has been pretty easy. :) The muffins and the water are keeping me satisfied. Jay is struggling with some hunger but not severe. He has always eaten a larger portion than me and didn't really snack during the day, so I think he's dealing more with the lack of the overly full sensation. If that makes any sense. I am fighting with a lack of energy. I think that has to do with getting up earlier in the mornings.

Day two on the elliptical was just as tiring as the first. Today is my day off from working out! It's my weekly sushi dinner with my best girl Deb tonight. Finding the nutritional value of sushi is not easy by the way. You can find it on your standard rolls, but it's near impossible to find it on specialty rolls.

I was reminded yesterday that I have a workout dvd by Jillian Micheals that I have never even opened. *Thanks Brea* It's called the 30 Day Shred. I plan on starting that in the 4th or 5th week. I feel like I need to give myself sometime on the elliptical to build endurance. The workouts are 20 minutes. Somehow I imagine that if I tried to do it now I would only make 5 minutes of it. :)

  1. The Shred is killer! But fun. And do-able, since you know you ONLY have to get through 20 minutes. Go for it!

  2. Hey, glad I could help. I thought it wouldn't be too hard since I've been working out regularly, doing kickboxing classes 3x a week. Well...let's just say, it's 20 minutes, but a serious workout. It worked muscles I guess I haven't been working -- total success! Can't wait for you to try it! :)
